Apartments PERICA are situated in Sukosan, small place, 7 km far away from Zadar. Distance from the town center and the beach is 10 minutes walk. "Marina Dalmacija", the largest nautical marine on Adriatic coast, is few minutes away. Peaceful neighborhood and beautiful sight on sea will make your vacation nicer and more pleasant. You can find nightlife in Zadar or Biograd.  We can organize excursions at closer destinations that you can see in section "excursion". The capacity of one apartment is 4 for person (2+2).

Each apartment has: room, living room, kitchen, bathroom, balcony, SAT TV, parking lot in the shadow, air condition. Use of laundry, use of wlan. 

A two bedroom apartment features: capacity 5 +1, bathroom, terrace of 40 m2 and indoor space over 60 m2, kitchen, living room, (the price includes air conditioning, WLAN, laundry)
